01 / Scope
Data follows the recovery process.
Reclaimr processes business contact, organization, customs transaction, document, communication, outcome and financial records to identify and operate customs-recovery work under the applicable commercial and legal basis.
Prospect and contact dataCompany identity, professional contact details, source, jurisdiction, outreach history and suppression state.
Customer and customs dataLegal entities, users, transactions, declarations, documents, extracted facts and case communications.
Commercial and financial dataSigned agreements, evidenced outcomes, invoices, bank remittance records and accounting history.
02 / Individual rights
Your requests enter a tracked workflow.
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and marketing suppression requests are recorded, assigned and completed through the compliance system. Identity is verified before protected data is released or changed.
03 / Retention
Records are not kept or erased indiscriminately.
Retention depends on record type, contract, financial and legal obligations. A valid legal hold prevents deletion until its recorded basis expires. Deletion does not rewrite required financial, signed-agreement or audit history.
04 / Business outreach
Suppression is a system state.
Every outreach contact retains its source, jurisdiction and compliance note. Opt-outs and objections enter a global suppression register, stop sequences and prevent further disallowed marketing sends.
